These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the BYG CAFE website, online ordering service, memberships, food wallets, and related services.

BYG CAFE may decline or cancel an order where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
If a prepaid order is cancelled by BYG CAFE, the applicable amount will be refunded or restored to the customer’s BYG wallet, as appropriate.
Menu prices are displayed in Indian Rupees.
Taxes, delivery charges, packaging charges, or other applicable charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Menu items, ingredients, pricing, portions, and availability may change from time to time.
Images are intended to represent the general presentation of the food. Actual presentation may vary slightly.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and informing BYG CAFE of any relevant allergies or dietary concerns before ordering.
BYG CAFE handles different ingredients in the same preparation environment and cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.
BYG CAFE currently serves selected local delivery areas.

Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s address, order time, delivery slot, and operational capacity.
Estimated delivery timings are not absolute guarantees, particularly where delays occur due to traffic, weather, high demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Founding 100 offer is a limited launch promotion.
Where the offer states “Pay ₹2,000 and receive ₹3,000 in BYG food value”, the additional ₹1,000 represents promotional BYG wallet value and is not cash.
Any bonus-unlock schedule, validity period, delivery eligibility, and usage restrictions are displayed before purchase.
The Founding 100 promotion ends when the allocated memberships are filled or when BYG CAFE withdraws the launch offer.
The BYG CAFE name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, written content, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical issues, or service changes.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that customers are entitled to under applicable Indian consumer law.
BYG CAFE may update these Terms when its services or operating policies change.
The version published on the website at the relevant time will apply.
